NORTHAMPTONSHIRE HOMEBUILDER’S CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WINS NATIONAL AWARD

The Customer Care team at Barratt Homes Northampton recently won the Team Excellence award at the National Annual Customer First Awards.

Within Barratt Developments’ National Annual Customer First Awards, there are a number of awards including Sales Adviser of the Year, Apprentice of the Year, Individual Excellence and Team Excellence.

Lauren Fitzhugh, Head of Customer Care at Barratt Homes Northampton, said: “It was a great feeling for all in our team to win this award. Every individual made a huge effort, and have been extremely supportive of one another.

“The lockdown from the COVID-19 pandemic caused many issues for us. We were unable to go and visit customers, and ultimately this caused our administration to treble.

“Alongside this, being forced to work from home was difficult and different as we had to be apart from one another. It was hard work, and it was tough to keep team spirit high.

“I’m really pleased our team has been granted this award, it feels great to know our effort has been recognised. Barratt Homes is like a family, we all support one another through the highs and lows.”
