First Multi-sensory Music & Art venue Studio Club set to open in Torremolinos, Malaga
Studio Club will open its doors on Saturday 24th June as a new architecturally designed electronic music and artistic destination on the Costa del Sol, Malaga.
Located in the centre of Torremolinos, Studio is an inclusive creative space and club, equipped with impressive A/V technology and L-Acoustics sound installation, offering an immersive visual and sound experience that will transform the club scene in southern Spain as the first multisensory space of its kind.
Driven by “The Art of Music” motto and positioning light at the heart of the curation, Studio Club has been ambitiously conceived to fuse music and art together as a cutting-edge sound and visual venue.
Across 1000sqm of facilities, split across two rooms (Studio Room and Gallery Room) the purpose-built facility will curate a wide spectrum of electronic music with both evening and afternoon sessions.
The vast main space, titled The Studio Room and soundtracked by an eclectic electronic programme features contemporary industrial design over two levels including a giant central skylight and amphitheatre style dancefloor layout.
The Gallery Room will open with an exhibition by the multidiscipline Berlin artist Conxi Sane. Now based in Malaga her work is often centred around the subconscious and draws inspiration from Surrealism and Cubism. This colourful and experiential club space features a second DJ booth, chill area and immersive curated program of urban and digital art.
The façade, inspired by the cubic shapes of the Bauhaus, will be brought to life by the artist Richard Santana known for working with light, paint and video mapping, his expressive and colourful often showcased as interventions in public spaces.

Studio Club will open on June 24 with Arapu, Cassy, Ceri, D’Julz, Francesca Lombardo, Ivory, Magda, Mano Le Tough and Toto Chiavetta. The local scene will be represented by Art No Logia, Carlo, Rakim Under and Thimble.
This summer sees three residences already confirmed, Visionnaïre by Zamna, Matrix and Cocoa as well as names such as Âme, Trikk, Ben Sims, Steve Lawler, Jackmaster, Mano Le Tough, Brina Knauss and Gerd Janson confirmed to play.
