Magnum ice cream supported Attitude Magazine, to celebrate the Attitude Pride Awards. Celebrity guests such Spice Girl Emma Bunton, Ex Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw and Heartstopper Season 2 cast members Kizzy Edgell and Corinna Brown came together in at The Langham Hotel, London during Pride month to celebrate LGBTQ+ heroes.

Magnum presented the ICON award to four outstanding winners, which shines a light on LGBTQ+ icons and allies and the work they do. The award highlights injustices and inequalities and fighting for greater representation and equal rights for the community.

Magnum, is proud to present four ICON Awards to: Eurovision winner Loreen (she/her) who bravely came out as bisexual has been a strong advocate of personal freedoms and expression through her art; model and activist, Munroe Bergdorf (she/they) who is a writer and proud activist for transgender and gender variant people; DJ Barbara Butch (she/her) lesbian activist, and recognised LGBTI personality of the year by the French association of LGBTI Journalists. Rising music star Victoria Canal (she/her) who is a passionate activist for disabled and LGBTQ+ communities, as a queer disabled person herself. All of which embody what it is to be true to your pleasure.

Magnum, alongside Attitude, looks to champion those who are true to their pleasure. The 2023 ICON winners do just that through living authentically everyday and continuing to push boundaries for the LGBTQ+ community in spaces such as music, art, fashion and creativity, despite facing adversity.
