As part of a partnership agreement, the leading developer has worked in conjunction with renowned wildlife charity, the RSPB, to create nature friendly gardens at the development on Rempstone Road.

The Silver-rated garden belongs to the three bedroom Hadley show home, whilst the four bedroom Winstone achieved the Bronze accolade. Both properties’ gardens include bird and bee boxes, hedgehog highways and homes, deadwood features and native hedgerows.

David Wilson Homes has been partnered with the RSPB since 2014. The agreement is the first of its kind in the UK and aims to boost natural habitats at David Wilson Homes’ developments across the country.

Rachael Harrison, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “We’re proud of our partnership with the RSPB which helps us ensure that we’re doing as much as we can to retain and build upon the natural habitat around our developments.

“With our show homes at The Skylarks available to view by appointment, we’re excited to show prospective buyers the potential we have as home owners to do our bit for the environment.

“Hopefully the show home gardens will be teeming with life over the next few months and anyone that comes to see them will be able to pick up some great tips for their new home.”

David Wilson Homes has been awarded five stars from the Home Builder Federation (HBF) for the 12th year in a row and is continuing its success by working with the RSPB to make show home gardens across its operational area wildlife friendly.

There is currently a range of two and three bedroom homes available at The Skylarks in East Leake with prices starting from £260,995.
