MAIN: Eezy Cheese & Bacon burger

A beer and a burger – the perfect pairing.
100% British beef, crispy streaky bacon, sliced cheddar and our homemade burger sauce served in a toasted brioche.

YOU WILL NEED:
Beef patty, potato, brioche bun mayo, mustard, tomato sauce, cheddar sliced, rocket and streaky bacon, olive oil, salt and pepper

STEP BY STEP:

Pre-heat oven to 210 degrees c. Cut potato into chips and place in boiling water – season and simmer for 6-7 mins on high.
Slice tomato for burgers. Combine your mustard, mayo and ketchup for sauce.
Drain your potatoes and place in baking tray, drizzled in olive oil and pinch of salt. Roast for 20-25 mins.
Heat your pan on high; toast brioche buns for 2 mins until lightly crisp! Spread sauce onto either side of the bun.
Add bacon to the pan and cook until nice and crispy! Set aside to rest.
Add an extra drizzle of olive oil to your pan and cook the patties for 4-5 mins either side. Once cooked, lower the heat and add cheese.
Build your burger and serve! Enjoy!
