Property Management Firm LeBern Wins Best Minority Business Award at BPIC Awards 2022
The London-based property management company, LeBern is ending 2022 on a high after winning a well-deserved Best Minority Business Award – something which it hopes to use to help inspire the next generation of ethnic minority professionals.
LeBern – which specialises in property management, tenant evictions, inventory services, and maintenance – received the Best Minority Business Award at the annual BPIC Awards 2022. The event is organised by the BIPC Network (Black Professionals in Construction), a platform for Black and Ethnic Minority Professionals within the construction industry.
The Awards recognise and celebrate organisations, as well as individuals, who excel in their chosen field. LeBern won the award thanks to its outstanding work in the UK’s property sector.
Lee Anderson, Founder and Managing Director of LeBern, said: “Both myself and my team are honoured to receive this award. It recognises our experience, our passion, and our commitment to being the very best we can be – not only for the sake of our clients, but also to serve as a leading example and hopefully encourage more ethnic minority professionals to break into the industry.
“Minority-owned businesses in the property industry are still few, and vital segments of our ethnically diverse society remain underrepresented in this field. That’s why it is so important to us that we’re a positive representation.
“Knowing we hold this power, to play a role in helping pave the way for the next generation of minority business owners, is both a privilege and a responsibility. This award reminds us of the responsibility and tells us we’re going in the right direction.”
