Haurun Media Ltd (previously The Haurun Club Ltd) is a new tech startup company – incorporated by Mr John Smith on 23 June 2022 and at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. Harun Media is a community of Vetted Media Professionals, including journalists and bloggers, who interact and receive advanced notice of key information, stories and media content from The Haurun Club’s Reciprocal Clubs and Associated Companies with approval from its Members and Affiliate Members.
The contract between the parties was brokered by Darren Thomas Bolger who had created the Haurun Club proposition after previously creating The Home Club – The 1st Online Private Members Club based in the City of London (2016).
The initial concept for The Home Club created a contract for £103m for 10% of Darren’s shares in the Company. Shortly after the ink was dry on the referred contract, The Home Club concept was immediately adopted by City AM for their City AM CLUB (2018).
With no tie-in and free to further develop The Home Club concept; as invented and designed by Darren Bolger, he went on to advance the initial development of Online Private Members Clubs x100 to design an all-encumbering platform of trusted, vetted individuals and luxury brands. Plus events & parties. The Haurun Club was then born and is privately owned by John Smith T/A Haurun.
Haurun (The Haurun Club) and nine additional Reciprocal Clubs and associated Community of Clubs will also be located on a single, separate, online community platform, not currently associated nor contracted with neither Insight Partners nor KIT United SAS.
The purpose of the contract with KIT United SAS is to trial the current and advanced versions of their online communities with a view to perfecting Haurun Media and The Haurun Club online platform, which includes vetted individuals open to communicate in a private environment, receive opportunities from luxury brands and invitations to exclusive events and parties. Members and Affiliate Members (Brands) remain privately inclusive and may also chose to release press via Haurun Media at will.
Darren’s Journey can be read throughout his nonfiction trilogy named – Operation Westminster. The Second Book in the series, named: Ultimately Connected centres upon the development of The Home Club and final book: The Two Bulls touches upon how The Haurun Club partnership was created and this advanced online Private Members Club, was created.
