Fraser Residence River Promenade, a serviced residence managed by Frasers Hospitality, officially opened for bookings from 27 September 2023.

Fraser Residence River Promenade is part of Frasers Property Singapore’s integrated precinct comprising the luxurious residential development, Rivière, and three conserved warehouses with lifestyle offerings.

Managed by Frasers Hospitality, Fraser Residence River Promenade will house 72 meticulously designed apartments, with unit sizes ranging from 258 sq ft to 516 sq ft. Its location at Jiak Kim Street is the former site of three historic warehouses, originally built in 1919 as storage spaces that supported Singapore’s entrepot trade. The warehouses were later home to the iconic nightclub Zouk.
