Following the successful launch of the first British Valhallan Arena in Ealing last month, Dr Amit Sra and Vivek Behl have secured the position of UK Master Franchisee for Valhallan – the leading esports franchise catering to young people globally. Given the increasing demand for youth esports programmes nationwide, Amit and Vivek are now looking for like-minded entrepreneurs to establish Valhallan arenas throughout the UK.

Valhallan launched in the US last year, recognising the lack of existing programmes that showed young people and parents that video games could enrich lives and create a community. Vivek and Amit were the first to respond to this demand for dedicated esports education in the UK that teaches gaming and life skills in a fun, safe and inclusive space.

“We were thrilled to witness the overwhelming response following the successful launch of Valhallan in Ealing,” said Amit. “It’s clear that our youth-focused esports training has struck a chord with young gamers, underscoring the value that the Valhallan programme brings to their gaming experiences.”

With 9 out of 10 children in the UK playing video games*, Amit and Vivek acknowledge the opportunity to replicate the success they have seen in Ealing in areas previously untouched by Valhallan’s youth esports training. “In the UK, where a significant number of young people are actively engaged in video games, there’s a prime opportunity for entrepreneurs who share our vision to tap into this demand,” continued Amit. “With the growing number of young gamers, we believe the potential for Valhallan across the country is truly promising.”

In a bid to bolster franchisee support and drive success nationwide, Amit and Vivek have forged partnerships with renowned industry experts. “We’re proud to collaborate with industry leaders like Tactus Group and Rev PR,” explained Vivek. “Their expertise and reputation within their respective fields are invaluable assets that we believe will significantly contribute to the growth and success of new franchisees.”

To initiate their campaign to recruit franchisees across the UK who share their dedication to offering a secure gaming environment for young people, Amit and Vivek are hosting a Discovery Day on 18th November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ealing. The event will feature industry professionals, including Will Holman, owner of CTRL Esports, and Marty Flanagan, Valhallan’s VP of Franchise Development and will include a visit to the operational Valhallan arena in Ealing.

“We will also be exhibiting at multiple esports industry and franchising events in the coming months, with strong interest already from potential franchise partners in Manchester, Essex and West London,” said Vivek. “This is a pivotal and exciting time for us. I’m looking forward to engaging in open and insightful discussions with prospects and industry professionals at our Discovery Day later this month. Along with the experts we’ve forged collaborations with, our collective knowledge and shared passion for youth esports is crucial for driving the need for dedicated arenas across the country. With such strong partnerships and the shared vision of success, we are well positioned to bring Valhallan to new communities in the UK.”
