BARRATT HOMES’ NEW WARWICKSHIRE DEVELOPMENT NOW LAUNCHED

Leading housebuilder Barratt Homes has now opened the doors to its sales centre at its new development in Rugby where a number of three bedroom homes are available to reserve.
The new community, which will form part of the wider 860-home development, is set to provide new opportunities for Warwickshire house hunters.
Ashlawn Gardens, located on Ashlawn Road, is bringing a collection of 216 two to five bedroom homes to the area which will appeal to all homebuyers, including first time buyers and growing families.
As part of the plans for the wider 92-acre site in Rugby, there is a proposed new primary school and the local area will see an increased investment into local infrastructure and transport links.
The latest phase from Barratt Homes is set to provide approximately 432 jobs for local people and the development also has an array of green open space nearby.
