On TikTok, the hashtag #barbieworkout has a staggering 578.5k views, which shows no sign of slowing as fans are flocking to social media platforms for the latest Barbie workout trends and fitness inspiration.

Barbie and Ken’s perfect physiques have clearly inspired fans to shake up their fitness regimes, so the fitness experts at online publication Barbells Abroad have compiled their four top tips for those looking to achieve a healthier lifestyle this summer.

David Mason, founder of barbellsabroad.com and certified Personal Trainer, has the following advice for anyone aspiring to shape up this season.

1. Set Realistic Goals: Your journey to fitness begins with setting achievable targets.
