A primary school in Herefordshire recently had an egg-cellent end to the term after leading developer Barratt Homes donated a range of prizes for its Easter bingo event.

Ledbury Primary School organised a special bingo event to celebrate the end of term, and a variety of Easter eggs and Amazon vouchers were supplied by Barratt Homes to make up the prizes for the pupils.

Julie Rees, Co-Headteacher at Ledbury Primary School, said: “We are very grateful to Barratt Homes for generously supporting our Easter bingo event. The donations were well-received and the occasion was a great success.”

Adrian Evans, Managing Director at Barratt Homes West Midlands, said: “We are delighted to work with Ledbury Primary School again with the prizes donated towards its Easter raffle.”

“The school provides vital support to its pupils and their families, and as the UK’s leading housebuilder, it is very important that we do as much as we can to help those in the areas in which we build.”

Ahead of the bingo draw, Barratt Homes’ Sales Adviser, Gemma Woosnam, visited the school from the nearby Hawk Rise development to give the prizes to the school.

The housebuilder has continued its long-standing relationship with Ledbury Primary School following the launch of a new phase at its neighbouring development.

Barratt Homes has previously supported the school with hi-vis donations for Walk to School Month, hosted storytelling sessions and also gifted hedgehog homes for the pupils’ forest school.

Hawk Rise currently has a selection of two, three and four bedroom properties available on Leadon Way in Ledbury.
