Premier Guarantee Double Award Win for Dandara Northern Homes

Local housebuilder Dandara has received official quality approval from Premier Guarantee for two of its developments in Bedfordshire – The Oaks and Saxon Park.

Both developments received a ‘Quality Recognition Award’ from the top warranty provider, based on a series of rigorous criteria including site management, standard of workmanship, health and safety, site tidiness and general cooperation.

The Oaks in Sharnbrook has been a huge success with buyers since its launch with only one home now remaining for sale, testifying to the high standard of properties being built there.
