The women of PAUSE live, takes over the streets of London on a quest to make menopause matter.

Women across the UK have gathered in central London today to demand enough is enough.

The team behind the UK’s largest menopause and women’s health event, PAUSE Live, work to champion women’s voices and break down stigmas. To kick of the parade three members of the team have used their bodies as a canvas. Pause Live founder, Charlotte Body, alongside internet sensation, Kitty dB from Rants and Big Pants, and presenter, Lisa Nash demonstrated in body paint reflecting the mantra of the march; DON’T LET WOMEN SUFFER IN SILENCE.

With an estimated 13 million women currently experiencing perimenopause or menopause* within the UK alone, we need to start talking about this natural part of life. Effecting women both physically and mentally the menopause has a huge impact on work, homelife and relationships.

Charlotte Body, PAUSE Live founder says:
“Our mission is to level up women’s health and be rid of the shame often associated with menopause. By carrying out this exciting campaign in the city, we hope to draw attention to the growing movement, and empower women across the UK.”
