Six of the best for five-star Bellway

Results released by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) have awarded Bellway a 5 Star Rating in customer satisfaction for the sixth consecutive year.

The housebuilder, whose South London division is based in Redhill, achieved a score of over 90 per cent which signifies that more than nine in ten of its customers would recommend the developer to a friend.

The prestigious accolade of HBF 5 Star Rating is given to companies who achieve a 90 per cent or higher rating in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This takes a snapshot of the views of customers moving into new-build homes in the past 12 months.

Bellway South London is currently building new homes across Surrey and West Sussex.

Chris Macauley, who has recently moved into a Bellway home at the Amblehurst Green development in Billingshurst, is one of the hundreds who have enjoyed a positive customer experience with the housebuilder in the past year.

He said: “After viewing many other developments, this one stood out to me the most. All the homes here are well spaced out from each other and our home is situated at the edge of the development.”
