In January 2021, Quintain Living – the award-winning management company overseeing the rental of more than 3,000 homes in Wembley Park – launched the Quintain Living Resident App. A staggering 88% of residents have downloaded the app with 640 using it daily to take advantage of its wide range of functions.

The Quintain Living Resident App allows residents to manage their leases, including accessing a payment summary and details of their Assured Shorthold Tenancy. The app also provides building updates, so that residents can keep up to speed with the latest developments. On a practical level, residents can use the app to set up their Wi-Fi, book each building’s social spaces and guest parking.

Then there are the community features. Residents can use the app to reserve a space at a wide range of events, from art club sessions and ‘Paint & Prosecco’ evenings to dance sessions with Strictly Come Dancing’s Neil Jones (himself a Quintain Living resident) and workshops on Mastering Mental Health with international speaker and coach Rob Wall.
