Phoenix Group to make the move to 10 Brindleyplace

Phoenix Group, one of the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement businesses, is to become the newest tenant at 10 Brindleyplace, Birmingham’s largest office refurbishment scheme, later this year.
The team at Phoenix Group, who will occupy 25,107 square feet of the building’s sixth floor, will have full access to all of the building’s features and amenities, including a fully-equipped gym and Birmingham’s only office-based indoor bouldering wall experience.
Occupier amenities also include an on-site café; cycle storage for 100 bicycles; and electric vehicle charging. The West Midlands Metro runs directly past the building, with a stop immediately opposite its Broad Street entrance and it is a short walk from all three city centre train stations.
Nick White, Director at CBRE Investment Management commented: “We welcome Phoenix Group to 10 Brindleyplace, whose decision to call the building home demonstrates the success of our ambitious vision to create an inspiring working environment and long-term sustainable future for the building.”
Jackie Cowper, Property Director at Phoenix Group said: “We’re looking forward to making the move to Brindleyplace later this year. Our new home in Birmingham has excellent Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) credentials, which was a key requirement for our new premises. It will be a central hub for our teams across Phoenix Group, giving us the opportunity to get together in a modern, well-connected space.”
With a focus on three pillars of technology, sustainability and wellness, 10 Brindleyplace is the first Fitwel accredited office in Birmingham – a standard that measures occupant health and wellbeing. The building has also achieved the following market-leading certificates:
