Over 91% of Consumers Prefer Trigger-Free Vacuums

Pioneering vacuum cleaner brand ROIDMI has today announced results of its extensive industry research. The study aimed to delve deeper into the needs of consumers and gain valuable insights into customer satisfaction.

In a recent online poll, over 91% of users said they prefer a cordless vacuum cleaner without a pull-and-hold trigger. On/off buttons, switches and triggers that locked into position proved high priority for consumers looking for a new vacuum cleaner.

ROIDMI asked consumers whether they found it uncomfortable to continuously hold down a vacuum trigger, with the overwhelming majority confirming they did. Findings also revealed consumers who suffer from health issues, such as arthritis, were most likely to experience discomfort when using a vacuum cleaner with a hold-down trigger.

Users of popular online forum, Best Buy, regularly discuss trigger preferences, with user EMRJEJ78112 stating: “[triggers are] a deal breaker for me – I had to keep stopping during vacuuming because my finger hurt SO bad!”

Vacuum triggers are a hot topic of conversation on the forum, with many commenters sharing inventive ways to keep the trigger held down, including using Velcro tape or an additional plastic attachment.
