OASIS UMBRELLA ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF MIKE KEELING TO THE POSITION OF SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

Mike Keeling joins the Oasis Umbrella team with 14-years’ experience in the Contractor Payroll industry and prior to that, a successful 20-year career in regulated Financial Services. Oasis Umbrella is excited about the level of expertise that Mike can bring to our business with his vast experience of working with recruitment agencies across many sectors, including Medical, Aviation, IT and Education.

Mike will be heading up sales & marketing, using our FCSA accreditation to look for future growth opportunities and fine-tuning our current operations with his strategic approach and out of the box thinking.

Mike has previously worked in senior positions including Sales Director and Operations Director. Oasis Umbrella are excited to have Mike on board and are looking forward to growing and developing under his leadership.

An Umbrella company is a UK limited company who operates as an ‘employer’ on behalf of clients. Recruitment agencies enlist umbrella companies for their contractors and temporary workers. Oasis Umbrella deduct all relevant PAYE taxes from its employees. Employer’s NI is then paid to HMRC with the PAYE deductions from employees and reported to HMRC via Real Time Information (RTI). Umbrella contractors receive all statutory rights and benefits when working through an Umbrella Company.
