A new national employee survey by leading job site, RemoteWorker highlights how millions of workers in the UK are unhappy working in offices or workplaces. The extensive national survey showed a staggering 42% of employees have witnessed bullying in the workplace and 17% of all workers admit that the worst thing about going to the office was interacting with work colleagues.

The survey went on to show that nearly a fifth (19%) of those surveyed said they hate the commuteto the office and 23% admitted the main reason they dislike being in the office was seeing their line manager. Nearly four times as many employeesadmitted they thought face-to-face meetings were pointless and time-wasting compared to zoom meetings. In fact, 96% of workers stated that working from home full or part-time was one of the most positive parts of their job.
