Drink with ease this weekend on National Mojito Day with these simple solutions to quenching your thirst for a refreshing, cooling cocktail.

The Meetini Mojito is classic. There’s no messing around with the recipe or fancy techniques, just a focus on quality, sustainable ingredients.
To make your own Meetini mojito, the bar’s director Daniel Vajsabel said:
“To start, fill around half a glass with ice, then pour over 50ml of white rum, 25ml organic lime juice and 15ml of homemade simple syrup made from organic, raw demerara sugar.
“Then “smack” a sprig of fresh mint to get the oils going and drop it in. Give everything a gentle stir and then top it up with sparkling water.
“Finally, squeeze a wedge of lime around the rim, add it into the glass and enjoy!”
Based at Unit 3 Imperial Works, Fountayne Road, London, N15 4QL from 1pm-8pm every Saturday and Sunday, be sure to grab your minty mixture before the weekend is over!
