Hairdressing insurance provider Protectivity has used a list of over 140 different hairstyles to analyse Google search volume data and reveal the most-searched-for haircuts and styles around the world, as well as which celebrity haircut we’re searching for the most.

The wolf cut is the most searched-for hairstyle in the world

The style taking the crown as the most popular in the world is a wolf cut, with 942,500 average monthly searches.
“Curly hairstyle”, with 493,600 average monthly searches, follows in second, and “braid hairstyle” is third, with 348,300 monthly searches.
Hailey Bieber, who recently chopped her hair into a bob, is the most searched-for female celebrity with over 12,600 monthly searches for “Hailey Bieber hair”.
Cristiano Ronaldo tops the list for male celebrities, with over 50,100 monthly searches for “Ronaldo hair”.
