OnBuy.com wanted to find out which sex toys are the most popular in different cities in the UK. They carried out Google Search Trend research to find out which sex toys are the most Googled in each of the different cities, and the results can finally be revealed:
- The nation’s favourite sex toy is a Dildo, with every single city having the highest google search volumes for that toy over any other!
- Manchester is the kinkiest city! For all sex toys considered, Manchester searches on average 7,488 times a year, per 100,000 population for sex toys. Manchester’s total population is 554,400, which means its total searches for all sex toys considered per year is 41,513!!
- In contrast, the least sexy city was found to be Cardiff. For all sex toys considered, Cardiff searches on average 1,716 times a year, per 100,000 population for sex toys. Cardiff’s total population is 350,558, which means its total searches for all sex toys considered per year is 6,016!
- Manchester came out on top in terms of google searches for four out of seven sex toys – Vibrator (180), Dildo (289), Whip (4) and Rabbit (10).
- It seems residents in Cardiff have the lowest penchant for sex toys, coming bottom for every sex toy except for the whip.
- Bristol are the biggest lovers of backdoor fun, with the highest average number of searches per month per 100,000 population for Butt Plug (117).
- Liverpool are the biggest fans of handcuffs, with an average 52 searches per month per 100,000 population.
- It seems cock rings are the least popular sex toy overall, with no data available in terms of searches for any of the cities.
