Food creator JULIENNE BRUNO sees 300%+ quarterly growth as it lands new retail and on-trade listings

JULIENNE BRUNO, the creative food developer behind the award-winning* Burrella, is delighted to announce its new product listing at the Fresh Market Hall at Harrods Food Halls and its addition to The Harrods Tea Rooms, Mamma Dough and Pizza Pilgrims menus.

Available to purchase from the Fresh Market Hall at Harrods Food Halls and to enjoy in The Harrods Tea Rooms’ Vegan Afternoon Tea from Monday 9th January, Philip Khoury, the Head Pastry Chef at Harrods comments: “JULIENNE BRUNO products are a rare stroke of gastronomic ingenuity. They’ve sought to create a cheese that’s authentic and original. It’s important to note that its success isn’t derived from the fact that it is a vegan alternative – it’s a gastronomic delight that stands on its own – familiar but original at the same time and this stems from deep-rooted gastronomic knowledge and authenticity in the way it’s produced. In addition to its menu and product listings at Harrods, JULIENNE BRUNO is excited to expand its restaurant presence nationwide. Mamma Dough and Pizza Pilgrims will both begin serving dishes featuring JULIENNE BRUNO ingredients from Monday 9th January.
