“I really like the new community that is being built here. There’s going to be lots of nice parks and green open spaces. It’s going to be a really nice place to settle into.”

Charlie and her partner have now settled in a two bedroom Kenley style home.

She continued: “I really liked the look of the houses at the development. We wanted something that was ready to move in to and modern, so a new build was ideal.
