Caudwell’s luxury developments in France both reach 70% sold
Despite global travel restrictions, a multinational community continues to flock to the South of France. Luxury property developer, Caudwell, announces that both of its developments in the Côte d’Azur have reached over two thirds sold (70%), with remaining residences at Parc du Cap and Les Oliviers in high demand.
Parc du Cap sales
With 70% now in ownership at Parc du Cap, all of the development’s garden apartments and one-bed apartments have sold out, with just one three-bed apartment remaining. Four of the 10 stunning penthouses have been snapped up, with six remaining. One villa is still available at Parc du Cap, as are a variety of fabulous two-bedroom apartments.
Caudwell has observed a trend for international buyers ‘seizing the day’, with 19 new owners since March 2020, accounting for over a third (35%) of Caudwell’s total sales. In addition, six residences have recently been purchased via virtual viewings only, and several apartments and penthouses have been bought as turnkey properties using Caudwell Design.
Parc du Cap is a unique modern development in the heart of Cap d’Antibes and the ideal place for remote working and prioritising wellbeing. Residents benefit from 24/7 concierge and security, and each of the 88 residences has access to private gardens, indoor and outdoor pools and outstanding spa facilities. The luxury development is a brief stroll from several local French Riviera beaches and a short drive from famed hotel, Eden Roc.
Les Oliviers sales
At Caudwell’s Art Deco influenced development, Les Oliviers – additionally located on the Cap d’Antibes – residences also continue to sell fast, with nearly 70% now sold or under offer. In the past few months, Caudwell has sold two apartments and a duplex to international buyers, with its garden apartment currently under offer. Each of these spacious apartments measures between 153.95sqm and 228.03sqm internally.
Reynald Lapitz, CEO of Caudwell France, comments:
“We are thrilled to welcome so many new residents at both of our Riviera developments. We know how tough the past year has been and are not surprised to see multinational buyers seizing the day and buying that property they might have otherwise deliberated on! As more and more people relocate out of the city as a result of the pandemic and seek greater space for their families and remote working, competition for the right property is high. What we offer at Parc du Cap can’t be found anywhere else nearby – with private world-class spa, tennis and fitness amenities, plus luxury hotel standard concierge 24/7. And at Les Oliviers, the generous living spaces are perfect for families. It is a great time to invest in something as unique as either of our developments.”
Newly named penthouses at Parc du Cap
With just six penthouses remaining at Parc du Cap, Caudwell has also unveiled new names for its exquisite penthouses which celebrate the stunning landmarks visible from each residence. Being graced with generously spacious roof terraces of over 248sqm, penthouse residents can enjoy panoramic views of the Cap d’Antibes, including some of the region’s most glorious bays, islands and mountain ranges.
