Its revolutionary solution enables its users to credit check and monitor customers in real-time using data integrations from Graydon, Companies House, The Gazette and Unsecured Creditor Claims, , which is vital in today’s economic climate to help businesses better understand the companies they do business with..

Know-it streamlines the credit-control process, so users can credit check and monitor, chase payments, and collect overdue, unpaid invoices all from one place.

She already has enjoyed an impressive career path with organisations such as Eque2 Limited, Sage Constructions, and EVision Ltd. Her work focused on leading teams in product creation.

On her new appointment, McMurray said, “having worked in a start-up previously and thrived on the challenges and responsibilities it brought along with the excitement it created, I was keen to become involved and join a strong entrepreneurial leadership team. Lynne’s passion and enthusiasm are as refreshing as contagious and were key factors in my decision. The innovation and creativity within the team have led to a solution that not only supports SMEs but solves a real issue for businesses both locally and globally. I have always enjoyed learning about innovative technologies/processes/markets and will use this to improve personally and professionally to ensure Know-it continues to grow and reshape the credit management space”.

At Know-it, McMurray will work with the leadership team on completing the synergy between the business and the Know-it product as the company continues to scale up. The platform has been designed to appeal to all business-to-business organisations regardless of size. It will ensure the principles of Know-it; Check-it, Chase-it, and Collect-it run intuitively across all aspects of the brand. From Glasgow herself, she is keen to see Scotland take its place in the world of innovative technology.

“Scotland has strengthened its position as a leading technology destination, and it’s an inspiring time to be involved. The tech sector is one of the fastest growing, and the support in place for start-ups to develop is second to none. It is amazing to see the growth across the Scottish fintech scene. Over the next five years, this sector will continue to grow and become an even bigger player in the global market as new and emerging technologies provide further opportunities for individuals and businesses.”

Speaking about the platform, Wendy continued, “It is truly one of a kind as it solves a real issue for any business facing the current economic climate. Having researched the market before joining, I couldn’t find another platform which offers the same service Know-it does. It truly is unique in its offering, from checking and monitoring customers to chasing payments and collecting unpaid invoices. The key benefit to businesses is that you don’t need to switch from one application to another. Everything business owners and financial professionals need, is in the Know-it platform.”

Lynne Darcey Quigley, Founder, and CEO of Know-it, said, “We had been looking for over nine months for the role, and from the first viewing of her application, we knew Wendy was an exceptional woman in the product management field. She has come from a company where she has had more than 20 years of experience, and this told me a lot about how she values commitment and, of course, her character. She understands the fintech start-up journey, which is hugely important to the success of our company.”
