9 out of 10 Employers have Offered No Financial Support to reduce the Impact of the Cost of Living Crisis

A new national employee survey by leading job site, RemoteWorker has highlighted how millions of workers in the UK are unhappy working in offices or workplaces. The extensive national survey has also shown that 9 out of 10 (87%) employers still haven’t offered any financial support to reduce the impact of the cost-of-living crisis.

The survey also showed that half of all UK employees (51%) are looking to move jobs within the next 12 monthsand a third (33%) stated that the main reason for leaving was to gain a higher salary. More concerningly the data also showed that 25% of employees admitted that working in an office was impacting their mental health. Nearly all surveyed (96%) said that working from home full or part-time was one of the most positive parts of their job
