The show homes, which are now open on an appointment-only basis, were expertly designed and styled by well-known Interior Designers Claude Hooper, meaning homebuyers can be assured they will be up to date with the latest trends.

Bertone Gardens is welcoming visitors to look at the Holden Special, a show home that promises to be perfect for young families. The home is large enough for everyone to have their own space, while the soft pale blue and muted mustard colour scheme help keep the home bright and airy.

Claire Edge, Designer at Claude Hooper, said: “We were inspired by a new collection at Farrow & Ball, California, which involves soft blues and sandy tones creating an element of fun while maintaining peace and tranquility.

“The second bedroom is a young boys dream, there is a hand painted superhero mural on the wall. It is completed with superhero costumes and a pet hamster!

“The Holden special works perfectly as a show home as a family could move in straight away and it would feel like home.”

Another of the show homes is the Kennett Special, which features neutral tones matched with blush pinks throughout the property. The home also features gold accents that give them home an air of elegance and luxury.

Claire continued: “Soft gold and blush are a dream together! The gold makes you think of luxury whilst being paired with the earthy neutral tones and blush give a contemporary twist!

“The scheme gives a mix of calming and relaxing with practical elements perfect for a working couple. The mix of gold and blush is bang on trend and so pleasing to the eye!”

Jason Hearn, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said: “Whether you’re a first time buyer, moving into your first family home or are looking to upgrade into a bigger home, Bertone Gardens is able to accommodate every sort of buyer.

“The way the Kennett and Holden show homes have been designed ideally showcases that colour schemes in your home can transform the way you feel.

“It’s always exciting to reveal new show homes and we hope these properties at Bertone Gardens will help buyers to envisage themselves living there.”

The Bertone Gardens development is now open on an appointment-only basis and consists of a new community of two, three and four bedroom homes.
