AEROCLOUD JOINS FORCES WITH FLIGHT SOLUTIONS TO BROADEN AIRPORT EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS

AeroCloud Systems (AeroCloud) the 100% cloud native software platform dedicated to the growth of airports, has announced its merger with passenger processing (common-use) specialist Flight Solutions Ltd.

AeroCloud will bring comprehensive and innovative solutions to airports which are increasingly under pressure to minimise disruption and improve the experience for both stakeholders and passengers.

Flight Solutions’ cloud enabled passenger processing know-how will be combined and multiplied with AeroCloud’s expertise in data centralisation, gate management, flight management and tracking as well as its ability to predict volume of passengers. This merger will expand the revolutionary airport management (IAM) system helping the world’s leading airports not only recover from covid, but able to tackle the future.

Cloud based systems handling real-time data and leading-edge scenario-based planning will sit at the heart of the newly merged company that will retain the AeroCloud brand.

George Richardson, AeroCloud Co-founder and CEO said: “By combining forces with Flight Solutions we will be able to help many airports tackle their outdated, un-affordable and obsolete systems.”

“For too long airports have deserved better. Now for the first time they can access global comprehensive, leading edge, solutions that ensure the efficient, cohesive end-to-end management of internal operations.

“With stronger systems in place for passengers and the wider airport business, AeroCloud is becoming the trusted platform from which to grow your airport five times faster.”

Paul Secker, former Flight Solutions CEO who joins AeroCloud as co-Founder and Global Director of Common-Use said: “We are excited about the future of airports as a whole. AeroCloud has grown exponentially in the time since I met with George and Ian over a year ago, and we are on the exact same page when it comes to offering our existing and future customers a much better alternative.”

“This merger will create a ground-breaking platform for airport operatives and we are thrilled to be part of this revolution.”

Established in 2019, AeroCloud prides itself on being responsive and reactive, offering operational leaders solutions to centralise all airport data, automating tasks, predicting passengers, maximising gate capacity, check-in and baggage and ensuring every stakeholder across the airport gets the information they need in real-time.

Progression and innovation are at the heart of the Company’s ethos, and it is focused on positively changing the way that airports work forever more.

The merger will create a combined portfolio of the most innovative and forward-thinking airport customers with the capacity to accommodate many more.
